“By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” John 13:35
As the Bible teaches, the Christian people are brought into a family when they are brought into the Church of Jesus Christ;and as a family, the members of Monroe Presbyterian Church gather often to share in and enjoy life together. We have a regular fellowship meal in our homes every Lord’s Day, and on those occasions we spend hours together simply nourishing the bonds of Christian brotherhood that were forged at the cross of our Lord.
We are a family-integrated church, so when we do come together for worship and fellowship, we do not send our children away. In everything that we do we want to strengthen rather than divide our Christian families and encourage the intergenerational contact by which the faith of the fathers is passed on to their children.
